Where Have All the CASA Drivers Gone ? ? ?
I posted this question a few days ago under the Title Medavia, and it produced big fat hairy zero. So thought I would try again with a different one.
10 days ago ppjn stated that ALL(?) of the CASA pilots have left Medavia because of poor terms and conditions ! As I am applying to this company, I am obviously interested to know if there is any truth in this ? From what I've gleaned so far about Medavia, it's a good company with happy pilots, so what the problem with the CASA guys, if indeed there is one ? Could anyone enlighten me, and others infact, as I've had a couple of PM's from people also asking the same question.
There are about 400 in existance, and it was made primarily for the military market, and from what I can find out, it seems to be operating mainly in that domain, so there cann't be that many people flying it in the civilian world, can there ? I'm thinking small supply of pilots=company would want to hang on to them, and certainly not p@## them off ?
