I wouldn't jump to that conclusion, lots of companies will reg: co names that might or might not be of use in the future. I read an article earlier this year about a chap who spent his entire days setting up comanies with names that he thought others might want in the future. For example he would look at a sector such as banking and think LLoyds & TSB might get together at some time and Reg: Lloydstsb, he would do the same with Dot com, when a company tried to use that name he would block it until he was bought off. Ever wondered why flybmi.com wasn't bmi.com?
