...PJE is NOT airwork as defined by CAR 206 - 209 and therefore does not require AOC.
ALL Airwork as defined in the current Regs DOES require an AOC
(Stay tuned for the new CASR103 which will allow ultralight pilots to do joyflights//Oh sorry I mean "Air Experience flights"
without AOC, without CPL, without medical, without SMSs, without DAMPs...
"Fare paying public" on a REAL (VH-, CHTR) joyflight is different aparrently
