Global shortage of trained (and experienced) crews,
What you mean to say here is that there is a global shortage of trained (and experienced) crews willing to come to Saudi Arabia for the ever worsening terms and conditions that NAS is offering. Not to mention, there is a shortage of people willing to put up with the horrendous application process, the communication process (or lack there of), and the nearly impossible process of getting a Saudi Visa.

(Not to mention their definition of experienced is certainly bizarre... They were the first company to ever tell me that PIC time on an E170, between Chicago and Des Moines a few times a day, is more beneficial for flying an E195 in Saudi than command time on the B747 and B757, actually flying in Saudi (along with SIC in the E190. Go figure.........)
