FYI

Saba has a land area of 13 kmē (5 sq. miles). At the 2001 Netherlands Antilles census, the population was 1,349 inhabitants, which means a population density of 104 inhabitants per kmē. In 2004 the population was estimated at 1,424 inhabitants.

St. Maarten is approx. 87 kmē. The official population on the Dutch side is 50,000

Sint Eustatius has a land area of 21 kmē (8.1 sq. miles). At the 2001 Netherlands Antilles census, the population was 2,292 inhabitants, which means a population density of 109 inh. per kmē. In 2004, the population was estimated at 2,498 inhabitants.

With these population numbers it seems almost impossible to support a dedicated Air Ambulance service.
