FRA are Flight Refuelling which is part of the Cobham Group. This is not Ryanair!
The problems at Leeming is that it is being scaled down. This means a lack of Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting and then prob ATC.
The crews at FRA at not wanting to travel further to get to work either.
