the training department is important,but the most important problem is overlooked,how to retain your pilots! not work for a few years and leave for another airline...
we had good pilots,trainers,crew..etc they left and more will leave in the future..why cant the management adapt to todays continously changing aviation market?!?
if they had been doing that since day one we wouldnt be in this state..
