Career Progression

nice to know someone is happy there at least. We cant help but understand not all tea taste good to everyone. I have a few colleagues that have left for Jade and I have heard no complaints so far (which is good). I am looking now to log enough hours before I apply to Jade. Just one question. Word has it that for anyone that does not have the 744 type rating would have to fly at least 500hrs on type before they are assigned to Shenzhen Airlines where they would be sent for command training and thereafter, back to the left seat in the 744. Is that true? Could you kindly tell me more about career progression in Jade? Thank you
