Let me get this right so:

"'Private pleasure-flying' shall mean the use of an aircraft by its owner or the natural or legal person who enjoys its use either though hire or through any other means"

So do you still have to pay if you don't enjoy it?

I guess the R44 is going to get even more popular of the private owners front
