This could be interesting to watch.
For FOs Aer Arann is very much a stepping stone airline, great for building up hours and getting experience in flying around both congested airspace and the more tricky regional airfields. I believe this could be the push for a number of FOs to perhaps move on to airlines in the ME or where ever they can secure employment (post 9/11 scenario springs to my mind)!
As for the Captains, well I believe a lot of them are nearing retirement and joined Aer Arann more for the fun of the flying. So they may be secure enough to stay or perhaps just retire!
So basically what I am saying is that I am sure those who want to stay will be safe enough.
But then I could be totally wrong on both accounts! lol
