Thumbs up Level D B767-300.

G'day there!

I haven't started studying for ATPL Systems just yet, but I do have this Sim on my Computer.

The package is sensational, and would go a LOOOOONG way over the knowledge required to pass the Exam as far as I know.

All Autoflight features and Modes are designed to be operated as per the logic of the real Aircraft, as there was considerable input in the design stage by real- world '76 Drivers. It's extremely useful in that it's possible to fly a real published SID/ STAR (you can create any published procudure and save it), and simulate things such as ATC speed restrictions/ Altitude constraints/ Traffic avoidance in the Terminal Area- and getting to use all of the various Autoflight Modes to fly the procedure. The Autothrottle is also there.

There is also the ability to create and save Company Routes.

The detail goes all the way down to separate Modelling for GE, RR and P&W powered Aircraft, and presenting the EADI in Airline specific format (i.e: Speed Tape V's Fast/ Slow Pointer and Flight Director format).

Other systems such as Hydraulics/ Pneumatics/ Pressurisation etc are also accurately simulated.

If you're going to use it in conjunction with Flight Sim X, I would definitely recommend 4GB Ram and a dedicated 512MB Video Card.

Definitely recommended!

Cheers,
Gearup.
