Depends where I am going.
Cabin bag:
eye shades, roster, wallet, ipod, camera, phone, torch, ziploc bag with first aid items, safety pins & hollywood tape, hand sanitiser gel, hand cream, spare undies, 'ladies items', bar float, apron, cabin shoes, sunglasses, any snacks, water, spare stockings. All this stuff just sits in there all the time except for the wallet, I add or take things away depending on the flight
Rollaboard bag: again, depends on the destination & length of trip.
Usually, change of clothes, pair of going out shoes, handbag (nothing like taking your crew bag out on the town
) toiletries, swimsuit, hat, pyjamas, going out top, book, nail polish, etc etc etc. Of course always leave room for shopping!!!
My one tip is, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS at the very least carry spare underwear and a toothbrush in your cabin bag- you never know when you will get stuck in some hole when you divert there!
