Sick pay? What? You really think the company should pay you when you're not working & generating profit? Have you any idea how much more profit we could make if we didn't have to pay you that? In fact if ATCO's only had statutory sick pay we think they'd be more likely to drag themselves in when unfit for duty and save us having to spend money to cover their absence. See? And once the pension thing is sorted Mangement should be told in no uncertain terms that they can't afford any of the "jewels" you mention.
