when I used to fly down to Africa i took wine! sounds mad but couldn't a decent bottle down there and if you did they tried to charge a mega amount of money
In all serious it does depend on what your rotation is.
One night layover nice top, jeans and shoes for me, usual toiletries, spare shirt, PJ's (slightly embarressing if you forget those)
