I don't feel superior to a LEP but as it stands now I am a EXPAT and to get me here CX paid an allowance. I'm not better than a LEP, just that at the time of my employment I had
experiece the company WANTED, to get me here they had to pay.
It's NOT ROCKET SCIENCE PEOPLE.

Doesn't mean that the AOA cannot try for allowances for the LEP's though.
