Probably a DRM problem (especially if it's WMP11)

Try unistalling WMP and then going to: cdocuments and settings\All users\DRM and rename DRM to OLDDRM

then re-install WMP

If you have an OLDDRM delete that first

You may need to do the "show hidden files and folders" thing first to see it. thats in tools >folder options then click the "view" tab scroll down and check the show hidden files and folders box.
