Ferrobus, I think you are missing the point.
Remember that in Spain, the CIAIAC is working for the judge, there is judiciary investigation on going that will determine (if possible) the cause of the accident, and CIAIAC is very important in giving their point of view.
I donīt think that 69 is looking for a guilty, even though he as some kind of compromise with the case, I ignore which one, but I understand that he is trying to make things as clear as its possible at this very moment.
