DTVA reps are currently away on their annual trip to the airline routes conference, this time a jolly jaunt all the way to Malaysia no less!! Nice work if you can get it, particularly if their strenuous efforts from previous years are anything to go by, a guaranteed and unreported nil return.

PR spinner’ from Peel also pointed the finger at Thomson and the ‘credit crunch’ for the drastic reduction in pax numbers in 2008. The general message implied the loss of pax certainly wasn’t DTVA’s fault, and typically for the local media, there was nothing asked about what Peel intended to do to rectify the problem. They were more hung up on the taxing question of what the initials MME actually stood for !!
