It would appear from the info in this thread that HL leaves a bit to be desired as an employer if you're a MEIFR or medium driver. Is it the same story for the SEVFR drivers? With ample experience on B206/AS350 models, longline etc could I expect a better deal in Australia? Every company has internal political issues which can be difficult to remain neutral in & everyone has a different threshhold in managing these politics, but with a month on/month off roster surely this could be managed? I suppose it is all a matter the money bucket in one hand vs the **** bucket in the other hand. When the money bucket is empty & the **** bucket full people move on. Vice versa & people stay. Are the SEVFR drivers moving on as well?
