It has a big expensive new fleet and has gone into the intercontinental market and caught a bit of a cold. It is now reconsidering its strategy. The other is also having a rethink.
Survival in business depends on reacting to events, cutting out what is costing you money and concentrating on what is possible. What is wrong with that?
