So you're currently f(rozen) ATPL.
There is no frozen ATPL in the US, it only exists in Europa-land.
You can take the FAA ATP written test any time, no prerequisites.
It is valid for 24 months, like any other FAA written test.
You need 1500 hrs TT (amongst other things) to be eligible to take the check ride with an examiner.
