The bottom line is that the bags of a no-show passenger must always be offloaded before departure- no exceptions- ever!
Unless you happen to be in the USofA where they will happily send your bags on without you being on the flight. You would think after Lockerbie, being one of
their a/c that was the target they would have learned, but no, not even 11/09 changed that part either !!
