So basically anytime the parking brake is set, the PF will make the changes required in the overhead panel, hence the change in rev 42, the flow is made before the after start checklist, so parking brake is set at the time, PF should selecte anti ice, if required, APU off and taxi light.
That is a fine way of looking at the new procedure, will use it.
Another thing I miss is that the three PNF flows (after start, line up, after landing) finished on the overhead panel naturally bringing PNF head up. This concept had diminished somehow.
