Changes in revision 42 make sense.
Airbus SOPs calls for PF preparing all the aircraft, systems, FMGS, etc, that`s why PF does the overhead panel, etc. But when the aircraft is moving he/she nolonger touches the ovhd panel, PF will request PNF to do it.
So basically anytime the parking brake is set, the PF will make the changes required in the overhead panel, hence the change in rev 42, the flow is made before the after start checklist, so parking brake is set at the time, PF should selecte anti ice, if required, APU off and taxi light.
Same applies to strobes and landing lights, PNF now will turn them on, and not PF, since he is taxying.
