Hmmm your right there not much room under that belly, mind you the Wiltshire combined Police and AA aircraft does a great job with no prob. Most pilots I know will not land on anywhere thats "dodgy" under the belly AA or not, we all like a nice wee flat spot no matter how small it may be. Again am sure it is all about cost not in the game but if is costs more to take it off leave it on (not a fan of that myself) but PAS knows what it is doing and from what I hear does try and do their best for a charity. NO I do not work for them either!!!!!!
