piratepete.
It appears to me you are "the wancar"
Let me see:
1) You applied for and was accepted for a position with Udom. It was well known that Udom forced his pilots to fly a B727 at times in the 1990's around S.E Asia during the wet season at night without a serviceable radar.
2) You employed Montri and accept he was inexperienced, Furthermore you accept there was little training with Udom's airlines. There were no SFO's until the F/O's were competent to handle the aircraft in case of Captain incapacitation. I believe you knew at least one Captain was high 'risk'.
3) It could be argued in a U.S court that you should share the responsibility for the accident !.
