Electric69 on this! The analogy with an American Car is spot on! You can't bring an American car into Ireland, leave it American registered & drive it on an American Licence with no comeback from the Authorities here in Ireland.
Take it a step further & you're now operating this vehicle as a Taxi in Ireland on American Plates......how would that be fair to all the Irish Taxi operators??
