Ah, but wait! There's a catch..... (as always). Were it not for a minor issue like a JAR66 ticket and a Brit Passport I would have been there long ago.

I even had a firm offer for an unlicensed (power by the hour) job and was told (by DOM CHC) that the Border Agency?? would not grant the visa as I was unlicensed.

Apparently I need to be licensed to fill an unlicensed post in the UK.
