Fantastic to see a CAC Mustang, Meteor, Vampire & Hornet in a fly past.

Great to hear the 'Blue note' from the Meteor.

Fantastic to see the Hudson, Canberra, F-111 Fly past.

Pip was magnificaent as usual, as was Matt Hal in the Giles, and Paul Bennett in the Pitts. Lovely little Moth Minor on the North side of Apron, I'm pretty sure this was the first RAAF aircraft ever on the base. (Maybe not this particular one though)

Walk through the C-17 was worth it, but we got there early, I don;t think it would have ben worth it later in the day.

A couple of A582 Drifters on static display, a wonderful flying 'Stick & Rudder' thet are.........

Friggin hot & dusty though, but that's Ipswich for ya!

Emotional final amberley air show for the Pig, legendary aircraft!

Traffic was also a Pig unfortunately....

2004 was perhaps slighlty better as it was not advertised, and so not nearly as busy as it was Sat.

Missing the C17 performance was a shame as alreasdy mentioned, hope to see its performance on the news tonight.

Well done again RAAF Amberley, as always most appreciated!

(Yatala Pie for dinner, of course!, Is there a better meat pie anywhere in SEQ?)
