Sure, there's jobs in the Middle East, jobs in Asia and Africa, probably also South America...I don't know.
But you will find, that with your 250hrs TT CV, they probably will put it straight into the bin, unless the recruiter feels sorry for you and gives you an interview haha
I'm not saying you shouldn't try Continental Europe though....after all you have a JAR license, so max out your options!!!
