Kitty Hawk bought them and were non-Union and later during one of the downturns Connie bought them back or something like that a few years later with their Teamsters contract. More years later, the lone Kitty Hawk went ALPA and are belly up again. This time for good it looks like.
All that aside, lawyers are lawyers and you have to keep a tight reign on them. That is were your local leadership directs them and keeps a fire under their feet.
