COBI is something to protect our employers, not us. I'm too cynical to believe anything about it or thinking that if I rocked the boat I wouldn't be shafted. Out in Nigeria one has only 3 options: accept things, moan about them here and hope (forlornly) that anyone in senior management will see and take notice of them, or vote with the aforementioned feet.
One thing is for sure, the new CLA policy is one of the most universally detested measures I've seen here for some years
