Your reply is absolutely correct. I attended the Amman interview and it is, as you say regarding MAZ. There is a lot of potential here but the flexibility of roster seems very firm. The 5 months on / 1 month off is not very appealing to many so it will be very interesting to see how this works for future staffing. There seems to be no shortage of capital but a lot of gray areas abound as to how crews will be utilized. Otherwise, the terms seem very clear and competitive.
