.....the YouTube clip seems to be mixing different footage up; the one shown on the ground has the same registration as the one seen on BBC Two though and certainly throughout the BBC Two programme it has yellow flat hub wheels in the air and on the ground.
But during the YouTube clip you're right it does seem to 'change wheels' for the last few seconds of the clip.
