Slightly over exagerated me thinks. With one flight a day to NCL it wouldn't take much to hit the on-time performance! The PLH-NQY-NCL flight is the first flight of the day for one aircraft and our arrival time is pretty spot on 99% of the time. If NQY is foggy first thing we either overfly and carry on to NCL (very rare) or sit on the ground and road pax from NQY-PLH and go to NCL direct. Our aim is to carry everyone rather that offer them refunds or coach all the way from the west country! Customer first and all that! The only issue is the arrival back into PLH. Yeah we leave on time but the sector time isn't quite long enough and is being addressed for the winter season. It's been about 10mins out arriving on most days even when we leave NCL on schedule.
