As for me, I was reading the contract and didn't really understand what happens if I want to resign during the first year, should I compensate the expenses of the training only or there's something else? Just in case, you know! My friend attended Emirates open day a couple of days ago, and they said they pay like 700€ during the training period, whereas our pay would be like 580€
, what do you think of it, is it the same on your contract?
