grow up. I know you are new in the business but likewise, just because you have 10.000hrs + you can still be a crap captain, right? And believe me, there are a few "old and experienced" around that really should not sit in the LHS.
I guess you are only doing your TR still, but once you are out on the line flying with LC, you will see for yourself.
For me anyway I do already have experience in the LHS so its not new to me. But why this assumption of yours?
Would you care to explain how you will ever be able to get a LHS if your company keeps employing DECīs?
This is of course, if you pass all the assessments and seen as mature. I would say you have some more years before that happens.
