orangetree, no I am not incorrect. I have talked to BALPA about this for long and they have achieved... nothing , zip, zero, nada. They are not interested in this matter. And yes, I have read the newsletter. Unfortunatly.
Why does ezy have to recruit DECīs when there are so many to recruit internally? Some of the DECīs the company has employed has not been up to standard at all thus much better promoting people who has experience in flying for ezy and 737/319 hours too.
DECīs are a last resort to aquire enough crew, not to piss off its own pilots.
