Although I guess this makes sense as why train new pilots on a fleet where established flight crew are being forced off.
Unpaid leave is certainly a fact with dates being offered now to flight crew. Redundancies have NOT been officially mentioned and are unlikely. The next intake of SSP's have also now been told they won't be joining and are instead being placed into the hold pool.
