Yep I'm sure it is set up ok in the control panel, it is the only printer there. Checked all the settings and they seem ok unless I'm missing something.
Ah, sorry, forgot to mention my OS is XP as with my previous laptop due to compatability issues with Vista and some DBs I run.
The printer is a Canon BJC-250.
