G-ATMU at Ronaldsway April 2002 after it is alleged that the stbd water meth tank was topped up with Jet A1 from a water meth drum that had been used to drain fuel,
Fedex had a double engine burn out when both water meth tanks on a Fokker F27 were topped up with neat methanol,sometime in the early 1980s I think.
