What nationality registration is the aircraft and which (other) country is allowing it to fly in their airspace without, presumably, a certificate of airworthiness or rating to fly it?
Does it have radio and transponder?
What aircraft are they going to follow it with to provide television coverage and how will that aircraft comply with airspace rules?
These very same points must have been taxing the mind of Louis Bleriot
