Not quite right DTVA, Peel paid for the frontage, Regional Devt agency for the new road.But that was quite some time ago and theres been no further investment of significance since other than the planning fees for the Business Park on the North side and the Warehouse/ industrial park on the south side. Oh yes and the haulage contractor from Charltons who is building a "hilton" hotel................................
On the brighter side, I went out to Girona on the ryanair last week,very encouraging to see full load on the return and only three spare seats on the outbound. So maybe MOL will stay around for a little while longer. Also (as usual) it was interesting to note the "Ryanair welcomes you to Teesside Airport" announcement when taxying in, and of course the "Teesside" on the destination board . A rose by any other name ...................
