I think Recruitment at Monarch is still anybody's guess.
The 2 new 75's still not confirmed even though they want them and with 3 (I believe) going in November = temporary fleet reduction. I think the 330 rumour was talk of picking one up from XL's demise but did not pull off.
The CTC cadets who started last spring still don't know if they are going to get a permanent contract at the end of the summer season.
Time will tell.
