Netjets Europe Beech 1900D Job

I know that I saw an advert in FI for a job on the 1900D a few months ago. I presume the aircraft is used to shuttle maintenance and aircrews around Europe to various aircraft (some broken down, etc). Doesn't sound like a bad gig because you basically get to see many of the same airfields and variety - you just don't get the passenger interaction.

Does anyone know much about the 1900D operation? I believe it is based in the London area (Northolt or Luton). Do they hire occasionally onto that airplane? Do the 1900D pilots eventually move onto the jet fleet after a set period of time? What's QOL/schedule on that airplane - does it match the jet fleet or is it different?

Here's a recent picture:

It looks like a nice airplane.
