Thanks for the info. I must admit that, because of the security wire, I've only seen the Mally Club area from the 5th fairway of the golf course and I obviously picked the wrong building. As for the Changi map, I've had that for a few weeks now and have had great fun trying to see how much is still there. Things are changing fast, though, it looks like the old Changi hospital will be a health resort and the Fairy Point Officers Mess, a hotel. I go for a walk most evenings and, as well as the 1971 map, I also use a modern walking map which you can see here:

There are lots of good pics and facts and, at the bottom, a map. It's amazing how much of the area has remained unchanged.......but for how long?
