I'm unclear what anyone thinks I am saying about Monti. My brief summary of the pilots in the aircraft is "Arief was incapacitated and Montri was not competent." Surely you don't disagree? OG 269 and Orient Thai Airlines in all its many forms is a total and absolute failure of Thai oversight and wonton and willful disregard by Udom Tantiprasongchai.
