The other day ATC asked a pilot what's the A/C type ( he was @ FL150, he said Ovation doing 230 kts (across the ground)!!!!
If it was on 14/09 it might have been
Ovation 1307 NM non-stop from Geraldton to Parafield at FL150., with an average GS of 215 KTS. TT 6:04 sipping 12.4 USGPH.
Otherwise, it might have been this one - it has been active in the last week or so:
It's a 2008 Mooney Acclaim and has the turbo-normalised IO-550. It will cruise at 235 KTS at FL250 with a fuel burn of about 20 USGPH.
