FWF - No it's not a 76 feature. Must have been a major engine fire for the smoke to have not been visible from the outside, but so fierce that it breached the firewall, filled the MRGB compartment, crossed the overhead bay containing the mixing unit and then filled the cockpit before confirmation of a fire or a safe landing could be made
