If Usama bin Laden and Al Qaeda organised or backed the Pakistani terrorist raid on the Indian Parliament as a means to his end [of getting a Muslim nation into a stoush with the infidels], well I'd not be surprised. Any escalation would further his aims of destabilising the region and fomenting religious war.
